Deposit:
One night
deposit is required on single night stays. A 50%
deposit is required on multiple night stays.

deposit is required on all apartments.
All deposits paid by check must be received 2
weeks prior to your stay with us. Balance is
due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
For rooms, a 21 day notice of cancellation is
required for a refund of your room deposit, minus a $50 handling
fee.
For apartments, a
30 day notice of cancellation is
required for a refund of your room deposit, minus a $200 handling
fee.
Check-in /Check-out:
Check in at 1100 Ocean Avenue.
Check-in no earlier than 3:00pm.
Checkout time is 10:00 am for all apartments
Checkout time for all Hotel rooms By 11:00am
In consideration of the next guest coming into
the unit, all cars must be removed from the parking lot by
check-out time.
Pets:
No pets are
permitted. Boarding accommodations are located
nearby.
Smoking:
Smoking Please State Law ..we are a non smoking
property
smoking permitted outside on balconies
Consideration of others Please if you smoke
anything in the building there'll be a $200
cleaning fee
Parking:
Free reserved
parking for one car with each room.
Beach Tags:
Beach tags are
available at the front desk for a nominal fee
with a refundable deposit of $25.00/per tag.
Children under 12
are not required to have a beach tag.
Taxes:
All rates are
subject to a New Jersey Tax of 12%. |
